This glass pavilion is a compact, light-filled outdoor room that punches well above its footprint. At 3.71m x 3.71m with a 13.16m² indoor floor area, 44mm Nordic spruce massive log construction, a clean flat roof, and full-width aluminium sliding doors on two elevations, this is a building defined by glass, light, and connection to the outdoors. As a pool room, a garden bar, a garden office, or a year-round relaxation space, it delivers a premium feel that belies its size.
The door configuration is what sets this pavilion apart. Two sets of aluminium sliding doors — a 360cm x 206.7cm pair and a 200cm x 206.7cm pair — open the building on multiple sides, dissolving the boundary between inside and outside. 44mm Nordic spruce massive log construction gives this pavilion a solid, well-crafted feel that distinguishes it immediately from lightweight garden structures. The flat roof profile keeps the building low and unobtrusive — a clean, contemporary silhouette that complements modern garden design without competing with it. The roof spans 431.6cm x 431.6cm with a ridge height of 256.5cm, providing a comfortable internal height throughout.
The natural untreated Nordic spruce finish is supplied ready for your preferred exterior treatment — stain, oil, or paint — or leave it to weather to a natural silver-grey patina over time. The floor is included as standard. The building arrives as a precision-engineered kit and is installed by our own team from foundation to handover.

How does the door configuration work?
The pavilion features two sets of aluminium sliding doors — a 360cm wide set and a 200cm wide set — positioned on different elevations. Both sets are 206.7cm tall and double-glazed. When fully open, they create a near-seamless connection between the interior and the garden on multiple sides.
Do I need planning permission?
In many cases a building of this size will fall within Permitted Development rights for residential properties in England and Wales, provided it is used as an ancillary garden building, is sited within the curtilage of a dwelling house, and does not cover more than 50% of the garden area. We always recommend confirming with your local planning authority before ordering.
What does the natural untreated finish mean?
The building is supplied in its natural Nordic spruce finish — untreated and ready for you to apply your preferred exterior stain, oil, or treatment. We can also supply and apply an exterior treatment as an optional upgrade.
How long does installation take?
