Fully Installed Palmako Anna M Modern Timber Holiday Cottage | As Seen on Living Big in a Tiny House — Professionally Installed Across Mainland UK
The Palmako Anna M is one of the most distinctive buildings in this catalogue — and one of the most recognised. Featured on Bryce Langston’s “Living Big in a Tiny House”, one of the world’s most-watched YouTube channels dedicated to alternative and sustainable living, the Anna M was chosen as the basis for an off-grid dream build precisely because of what makes it special: three enormous 129cm x 157cm panoramic double windows, a fully glazed double door, and a contemporary open aesthetic that floods the interior with natural light and connects the building to its surroundings in a way that very few timber structures can match.
With 26.8m² of internal floor space, 70mm solid Nordic spruce walls, 28mm tongue-and-groove floor boards, and toughened double glazing on all doors and windows, the Anna M is as well-specified as it is visually striking. Whether you are looking for a premium garden room, a contemporary annexe, a holiday cottage, or a year-round retreat that genuinely turns heads, the Anna M is unlike anything else we install.
The price shown includes the full supply and professional installation of your Palmako Anna M anywhere on Mainland UK, including foundation preparation and installation, full structural assembly, roof shingles fitted as standard, and timber treatment with Smart Seal applied to all external timber. There are no hidden costs, no separate groundworks quotes, and no surprises. What you see is what you pay.
If you would like to upgrade the roof to Britmet composite slate tiles for a premium tiled finish, this is available for an additional £3,000. Please contact us when ordering to arrange the upgrade.
As Seen on Living Big in a Tiny House
When Bryce Langston set out to build the perfect off-grid escape, he chose the Anna M as his starting point — and the result speaks for itself. Watch the full build below:
Three Panoramic Windows. One Extraordinary Building.
The Anna M’s three 129cm x 157cm double windows are not a detail — they are the building. Spanning almost the full height of the wall and running across the front elevation, they create a wall of glass that transforms the interior into a light-filled, panoramic space that feels entirely connected to the garden or landscape beyond. On a sunny day, the Anna M is extraordinary. On a grey winter afternoon, it is still extraordinary — because the quality of light inside never really changes.
The fully glazed 161cm x 202cm double door reinforces the effect, opening the building to the outdoors and creating a seamless flow between inside and outside that is rarely achieved in a timber building of this size. The toughened 4-9-4 double glazing on the doors and 3-9-3 double glazing on the windows provide excellent thermal performance and sound insulation, keeping the interior warm and quiet in all conditions.
The 70mm Nordic spruce walls provide exceptional thermal mass and structural robustness. The 28mm tongue-and-groove floor boards are substantially thicker than standard cabin flooring. The 17.5° apex roof covers 39.7m² with 19mm roof boards and a consistent 30–32cm overhang on all sides. And every component is precision-engineered in Estonia from slow-growing Nordic spruce, installed by our experienced team from foundation to final fixing.
