Sometimes the most transformative outdoor spaces are the most compact. The Dunster House Utopia Lean To Gazebo in 3m x 3m is a perfectly proportioned wall-mounted structure that turns an underused corner of your home into a covered outdoor retreat — a veranda-style space for morning coffee, a cosy hot tub enclosure, a compact outdoor dining area, or a stylish extension of your living space that works in every season.
Do not let the size fool you. At 3.34m wide and 3.07m deep, this lean-to gazebo and veranda delivers over 8m² of covered outdoor space with the same quality of construction and the same comprehensive installation package as our larger structures. It is supplied by Dunster House and fully installed by our in-house team at Bespoke Oak and Slate across the whole of Mainland UK — foundations, flashings, shingles, fixings and all. You do not lift a finger.
A Compact Veranda with Gazebo Character
The Utopia Lean To 3x3 sits beautifully in the space between a traditional veranda and a freestanding garden gazebo. Fixed directly to your house wall, it creates a sheltered outdoor area that feels like a natural extension of your home — the connected, covered quality of a veranda combined with the open, airy feel of a gazebo. For smaller gardens or tighter wall runs, this is the size that delivers maximum impact in minimum footprint.
Built from 100% slow grown spruce with 70mm x 70mm uprights and a 15mm tongue and groove roof deck, the structure is solid, well-engineered, and built to handle the British weather without complaint. Every piece of timber is pressure treated at the factory, backed by a 10-year guarantee against rot and insect infestation. Once our team has completed the installation, all exposed timber is finished with Smart Seal — a premium sealant that locks in the pressure treatment, repels moisture, and keeps the structure looking sharp year after year with minimal upkeep.
Why Have It Installed by Bespoke Oak and Slate
Buying a garden structure and having it professionally installed are two very different things — and the difference shows. Our in-house installation teams work across the whole of Mainland UK, bringing the same standards to every job whether it is in Cornwall or Caithness. We handle the groundworks, we fit the flashings, we install the roof, and we leave your garden in better shape than we found it.
There are no subcontractors, no agency crews, and no passing the job to whoever is available. Every installation is carried out by our own experienced team, and every job is finished to a standard we are proud to put our name to.
