Four metres wide and three metres deep — the Dunster House Utopia Lean To Gazebo in 4m x 3m hits the sweet spot between compact convenience and genuinely generous outdoor space. With over 10m² of covered area fixed directly to your house wall, this lean-to gazebo functions as a true veranda — a sheltered, connected extension of your home that works as an outdoor dining room, a hot tub enclosure with room to breathe, a covered kitchen and entertaining area, or simply the best-looking addition your garden has ever had.
This is not a self-assembly kit. The Dunster House Utopia Lean To 4x3 is supplied by Dunster House and fully installed by our in-house team at Bespoke Oak and Slate — from the moment we break ground to the moment we hand over a finished, ready-to-use structure. We cover the whole of Mainland UK, so wherever you are, our team comes to you with everything needed to complete the job properly.
The Versatility of a Veranda, the Character of a Gazebo
The 4m x 3m Utopia Lean To occupies a unique position in the market — wide enough to feel like a proper outdoor room, compact enough to suit most gardens, and fixed to your house wall in the way a traditional veranda would be. The result is a structure that delivers the sheltered, connected quality of a veranda with the open, airy character of a gazebo. It is the size that most of our customers end up choosing, and once it is installed, it is easy to see why.
Built from 100% slow grown spruce with 70mm x 70mm uprights and a 15mm tongue and groove roof deck, the structure has a solidity and presence that you feel as soon as it goes up. Every piece of timber is pressure treated at the factory — not dip treated, but properly pressure treated through to the core — and backed by a 10-year guarantee against rot and insect infestation. Once installed, all exposed timber is finished with Smart Seal, a premium timber sealant that locks in the treatment and keeps the structure looking sharp with minimal maintenance year after year.
Installed by Our Own Team, Nationwide
Every installation we carry out is done by our own experienced in-house team — no subcontractors, no agency labour, no passing your job to whoever happens to be available. We handle the full scope: foundation preparation, wall flashings, shingle roof installation, Smart Seal timber treatment, and a clean, tidy finish. You get a structure that is ready to use from day one, with no follow-up work required on your part.
We install across the whole of Mainland UK, from the south coast to the Scottish Highlands. Wherever your garden is, we will be there.
